What we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through forms, including name, company, email, phone number, message content, LinkedIn URL, resumes, and recruiting-related details.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, grouped into four categories, and give you control over each:
Necessary — required for the site’s core security and functionality. These are always active and cannot be turned off.
Preferences — remember choices you’ve made to personalize your experience.
Analytics — help us understand site traffic and usage through Google Analytics. These are inactive by default and only load if you accept them.
Marketing — support ad personalization and tracking. These are inactive by default and only load if you accept them.
By default, only Necessary cookies are active. You can accept, decline, or customize each category at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. If you use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of Analytics and Marketing cookies, and will keep those categories off without requiring you to set your preference manually.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and match candidates with job opportunities, communicate about requests, support client staffing needs, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing consent is handled separately from inquiry consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry records, resumes, and recruiting information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate staffing operations. You may ask us to delete or correct information by contacting info@okayainc.com.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers, recruiters, clients evaluating candidates, payroll or compliance partners, and systems used to process applications or operate our business, including Google (via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) when you have consented to Analytics cookies. We do not sell personal information for money.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, opt-out of sale or sharing, or withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, email info@okayainc.com with your name, contact information, and the request you want us to review.
